Back in the day, I did some work in the client/customer experience arena. What actually is ‘customer experience’? You might be asking yourself. In a nutshell, it’s the concept behind managing customer expectations vs. actual experience. This can be achieved through many ways, it could be processes and methodologies, it could be technology, it could be a more physical approach so your customer has an entry point to your products and services that they can physically see or touch. It about what products you sell and how you sell them, how you market and advertise, how you reach out in the first instance, and how you support after a sale.

Sight Beyond Sight
For each of us whether it be in business, in a relationship or in our lives, what’s going to happen next occupies a large portion of our thinking. We are always trying to anticipate and plan the next move, the next decision.
Heroes And Villains
We’re all familiar with heroes and their counterpart villains, Batman has the Joker. Superman has Lex Luthor. In Greek mythology Bellerophon had the Chimera. Perseus fought the Kraken. Each hero has their opposite.
In order to become best version of yourself that you can be, in order to become the hero, you need to find the darkest part, you need to find the corresponding villain.
